I was walking from the train station to near where Wilkinson’s was as a man drove around the one way system at the time, catcalling out of his van window, as he wasn’t paying attention he then drove into the railings and took his bumper off his van and hit the car in front. I women had a go at him as she had seen where his attention was diverted.
