My friend and I were walking to the cinema when an older man came running across the road to us and was asking what our names were, how old were we, where we were going. He was asking if we wanted to party, trying to get us to go with him back to his flat, said it was nearby and he had friends there who would love to meet us. We were a bit freaked out and intimidated so had the sense to keep walking.
