Bystander account
A 60 year old man approached a 15 year old girl and exposed himself, making direct eye contact and then began urinating. When approached by myself and a couple others he pretended to pass out on the floor and even threw his wallet to make it look like we mugged him. The man has grey hair, a large belly, dark glasses and had “love and hate” tattoos on his knuckles with a scissor tattoo on his wrists.
