I was hanging out with two “friends” in Ashton Gardens at around 10 at night. One of them needed to get on the bus home back to Blackpool and the other said he would wait and walk me back home and then go get the bus. After dropping the first friend at the bus stop we walked back through Ashton Gardens. He stopped me in my tracks and hugged me. I asked him “what are you doing” and he didn’t say anything. He just continued to squeeze me harder and then tried to kiss me so I pushed him away and that “friend” decided to pull me down a slope towards the basketball court and pinned me to the floor. He started grabbing at my clothes and at my neck, I was trying to scream, but he held my mouth closed. He was trying to pull my pants down and I was able to knee him in the private parts and scramble across the floor. I tripped a couple of times but was able to get away and I ran for 10 minutes all the way home until I got inside.
