i was walking through town at around 7:30pm in december and eventually happened to find myself separated from my friends. i was upset as my phone was very low on battery and i had to make my way back home to fleetwood. in such a state when a ‘friendly’ group of boys came over to me i accepted there help with not a single thought of what happened to me crossing my mind. they walked me down alleys towards where they saw a ‘group of girls’ which clearly now was not the case. down the alley only one boy and me remained as the others nipped to the ‘shop’. The boy began to touch my bum and i was in such a state of fear i didn’t know what to do or say as it was getting late and it was already dark. all i knew is that i didn’t know if i would get home that night. he continued to harass me until eventually i ran and i still remember to this day. the way my heart beater and the adrenaline that washed over me that night.
