I was walking into town yesterday morning (Wednesday 30th November) for a meeting, when a man aged about 30 started shouting after me. I kept walking as I didn’t know him and I just felt something was ‘off’. He got closer and he was calling “Hello, hello, what’s your name?” “How are you?” “Why won’t you speak to me?” I was wearing my headphones, so I pretended not to hear him. He followed me down to St John’s Square (continuing to call out) where I managed to dart across the road in front of a bus and lose him.
