Approached and attacked by a stranger from behind whilst walking my dog. Reported to the police who treated me abhorrently including questioning why I took my dog out on my own when it was going dark. Then due to “lack of evidence”, put a report out on social media saying “no crime had been committed”. The case is now in the hand of the IOPC, it has gone through two ‘initial assessments’ and has been recorded as a Schedule 3.
