I was on the number 3 bus home when a man sat at the back a few seats down from me. I could feel him staring at me but I chose to ignore it until I heard heavy breathing. When I looked over he was touching himself and not even trying to hide it. There were many other people on the bus including a child!! I called him out and the bus driver stopped the bus. The police arrested him but he was released on bail, where he did the same thing to 2 young school girls.
