I had a handyman come round to do a couple of jobs in my new home. I stayed downstairs whilst on the laptop, and from the top of the stairs anytime he had a question or needed help, he would shout ‘babe’, ‘hun’ and it made me feel uncomfortable because I didn’t know this man personally. Before he left, he asked me on a date and I said no and no longer asked him to complete my jobs because I just felt uneasy.
