Sarah, aged 37, Friday 15th August 2025 I was walking home alone from a friend’s house when a car pulled up beside me on East Park Drive. The driver honked the horn, but when I didn’t respond, they quickly sped off. This isn’t the first time something like this has happened to me —...
Aged 17, 2025 Me (17) and a friend (15) were sat near [a bar] in Blackpool, when a much older man (about 50) came up and sat opposite us. He insisted that he should have a drink out of our cups, despite having a drink himself. He proceeded to make many comments about us being beautiful...
Aged 26, 2025 I was approached by an older gentleman and his wife. At the time I was heavily pregnant. At this time I was extremely self conscious and my body had grown to support my baby. This older couple decided to shout at me that I looked huge and I should stop eating as I was huge...
Harriet, aged 17, 2025 I was on the number 42 bus going towards Blackpool town centre when a drunk man got onto the bus and noticed me after he sat down. He got so close to me that he spilt his beer down my legs and I could feel his eyes darting towards my face and down my clothes. He...
Aged 57, 2025 I got off the bus, around 9am on a Saturday morning, and walked towards Lord Street to go to the shop. A man who was coming out of a side street initially going the opposite way to me, turned round and started walking behind me. As I went to cross the road he did too, so I...
Aged 27, May 2025 I was on my lunch break from work. Shortly after leaving the office, I walk past a group of older men smoking at a bench. As I walked by, I could feel them looking at me and one of them said loudly “look at the ass on her!”. The group started laughing. I felt so...
Aged 35, 2025 I’ve been walking home on 2 occasions were drunk men have shouted inappropriate things. I ignored and carried on walking but the first man followed me. Luckily my husband was home to come and meet me. It happens all too much in Claremont. I worry for young girls who may be...
Aged 18, 2025 I was stood on the corner of a street near the train station for my taxi on farmer’s weekend, and I heard commotion in the car park so I looked over and a girl was walking to her car being followed by a man in a red farmers top (the ones with the horrible writing on the...
October 2024 – May 2025 I was unfortunate enough to be working at the Bar during the Young Farmers event. Not only has this venue shown continuous lack of care for the staff and complete ignorance to the issues that they create, but they were heavily unprepared for this weekend...

Was shocked to see the amount of t shirts inciting hate, violence and sexual assault towards women. I don’t want to repeat what was written on them.
Aged 16/17, 2014 When I was younger I was sat outside in town on a bench. The town centre was filled with young farmers. I didn’t know what was happening so me and my friend were sat watching. It turned awful very quickly. We noticed almost a lot of the younger people kept approaching us...
Aged 36 and 14, May 2025
Whilst walking through town with my young daughter we were harassed and catcalled several different times by young farmers. We weren’t aware it was farmers weekend as I thought this had been banned years ago.
Charlie

Aged 29, 2025
I was groped/sexually assaulted while glass collecting. Told the bouncer and he just shrugged and ignored me.
Lucy Aged 18, 2020 Met with a guy for some drinks in town (Fleetwood), he seemed really nice and we’d met up a few time before so he wasn’t a stranger. I’m working early the next day and it’s starting to get dark, so I tell him I’d best get home. I wasn’t at all drunk, I’d had maybe 2 or...
